Bookworm

3.9.2011

I love that Hallie loves to read! She will take a pile of books and go sit in the hallway and read to herself. If you listen closely she will tell herself a completely different story, and I love hearing the stories that come out of the little brain.

Rub-a-dub-dub

Do you think Hallie likes her baths?

We do too!

Krispy Kreme

3.5.2011

For Valentine's Day one of Hallie's little friends gave her a Valentine with a coupon to get a free doughnut at Krispy Kreme. We thought it would be fun for her to go and see how they make the doughnuts. She thought it was pretty cool, which was a good thing because we had to wait forever!

Intramural Basketball

3.4.2011

Eric always looks forward to playing intramural basketball at BYU with his students. This year though, they drew the late night schedule, so we didn't make it to many of his games. But we decided that we better at least make it to his last game. We had fun watching them play, and talking to all the girls watching with us.

Beckett aka Bucket

3.3.2011

Hallie goes through stages with her stuffed animals, she will be super attached to one thing for a couple of months, then out of the blue she will change her mind and be attached to something else. At this point it was the bear named Beckett, but she always calls him Bucket, and it makes me laugh every time.

First Tuna Fish Sandwich

2.28.2011

I have to admit that I am not good at doing lunch around here. We tend to have leftovers, or something super easy, but I hadn't been to the grocery store and we didn't have much to work with, so we went with tuna fish sandwiches. Again, not very exciting, but Hallie hadn't ever had tuna fish so it was a new experience for her. Surprisingly she quite liked it. I was prepared for the worse.
