Eclipse Opening

Following tradition Angela and I went to Eclipse at midnight. We had a fun night, and enjoyed a girls night out. While we were waiting we had a little fun with the camera.

Garden

We had no intention of doing a garden this year, but when our neighbors had extra tomato plants that they didn't have room for we took them in. So Hallie, Chad, and Eric got them all planted and ready to go.

Swimming...Finally!

For Mother's Group we all went swimming at the pool near our house. Hallie was thrilled, and has so much fun. She was so sad when we had to leave.

All the moms (Loralee Farrer with Evelyn, Amy White with Sophie, Meagan Bunnell with Tyler, and Katie Tidwell with Tyson, Kalei and Lyla were there too but I missed them in this picture I guess)

A Sunday Evening

Seeing as we get out of church so late, we typically go straight home and get dinner. But this day it was beautiful outside, so Hallie and I went up on campus to play and take some pictures while we waited for Eric to be done at church (and partly because I'm slightly in love with this outfit of hers right now) . So we had some fun. It was so great.
I don't know what she was doing but these next 2 pictures crack me up, it looks like she is dancing.

Mr. & Mrs. Smith
6.25.2010The wedding the we were able to attend was for our friend Zach. Zach was Eric's roomate while we were dating, and we spent a lot of time with him. Zach was our go to friend to do anything, and was so fun to be around no matter what you were doing. We went through a lot together, both before and after Eric and I got married. Zach is such a great guy, Amber truly is one lucky girl!
We were so excited to be able to attend Zach and Amber's wedding. So we arrived at the St. George Temple early Saturday morning to attend the sealing. It was such a beautiful ceremony. I always love going to see people be sealed in the temple, but this one was exceptional. I don't even remember much of what was said, but I didn't know that it was possible to be so happy for another person. You could just feel the excitement, and love radiating from Zach and Amber, you couldn't help be be happy for them.

A Quick Trip

We were invited to attend a friend's wedding in St. George, so off we went for a quick trip. Hallie got to spend the weekend with Grandma and Grandpa (our first trip without her). We left Friday and came back Saturday. We were going to make it a longer trip and visit friends in both St. George and Vegas but we just didn't have the time, and even then we ended up coming home Saturday instead of Sunday. So it was a VERY quick trip. But we were so glad that we were able to go for the time that we did.
When we arrived in St. George it was VERY hot, so we just hung out at the hotel for a few hours and took a good nap. Then once the sun started to set we decided to walk around the temple grounds, which were beautiful.
