The Beginning of an End

Tomorrow I start the first day of my last semester at BYU. I am kind of having a major mix of emotions, I'm thrilled that I am almost done, and it is a great motivation to go back tomorrow. Yet on the other hand it is slightly scary. What to do next? Obviously I'm very excited to finally be home with Hallie full-time. But it is still scary as I have ALWAYS been in school since the time I can remember, and when I haven't been I've known that I would be in the next few months. This time it will be different, the end of my formal education, for now, is quickly arriving. Like I said, I'm very excited, but it is still such a foreign idea that in four months, April 22 to be exact, I will not have to worry about my own schooling again. Weird. Anyway, I know it will be good, and I am very excited, it is just slightly intimidating.

I'll switch you places in a second. If you feel the need to go to school for 6 more years, give me a call. You can certainly graduate for me too!

Wouldn't it be nice if it all worked that way??

Congrats on being almost done! I'm very jealous.

Good luck with your last semester! I still miss school (almost four years after graduating!), but it's nice to be able to be home with your kids too. Anyway, I'm sure you'll do great!
