I came across a spaghetti sauce recipe a few years ago that we really like, so we try to can it occasionally. We decided that while my parents garden had the fresh vegetables that we would make some more one Saturday.

This is about a third of what we made. We made 30 quarts overall. It turned out okay, not as good as it has been in the past, but oh well.

you have great form when stirring :). I would love the recipe for your canned spaghetti sauce. Looks so yummy and spaghetti is a staple around here.
