Last week we had an extremely busy, and fun day. But on this busy and fun day, our little Missy Mae didn't get a nap at all, other than 10-15 minutes in the car here and there. So after going to the pumpkin patch and dinner with Kelly, Derrick and Bryce, this little girl was out.
Rarely do we ever get her out of the car still asleep, but I don't think she even flinched. She was just flat out exhausted. Considering though, she was an angel all day, which isn't always the case. She even slept through a diaper change, and starting to get her ready for bed. I would've just let her sleep in what she had on, but she was filthy! She woke up for a little bit while we got her in her pajamas and in bed, but I think she was back asleep before we laid her back down.

Here is some video of how tired this little girl was:

Being back in school is a lot of work for both Eric and I in different ways. Balance in our crazy lives tends to be the biggest struggle. Lately I've just felt like there just isn't enough time in the day and that I am going non-stop. I know everyone has these times in life, and midterms don't help the situation, but it's times like these that I realize how important balance is. It is so easy to get caught up in going here and there, and studying for this test, and writing that paper, and doing all the other things that have to happen to survive. But lately it has just made me reevaluate my priorities more frequently, and take time, and be grateful for the things that really matter.
