Half a Year Old

Today our baby is 6 months old! That is crazy! What will we do with a six month old?! :)

Here is the update:

Hallie...

-is rolling both ways, and is figuring out she can roll around the house to get what she want

-is sitting up by herself fairly well, when she gets tired of sitting she puts her hand in front of her and sits like a puppy

-is distracted by her toes, and thinks they are a pretty fun toy, and sucks on them too

-still loves her fingers, and we are learning she really starts sucking on them when she is tired

-no longer has a binky, she was literally putting the WHOLE thing in her mouth, so we decided that could be a choking hazard and took them away, she hasn't even noticed
-LOVES the bath, and sleeps better after she has had a bath

-has become quite the "talker," laugher, & squealer

-figured out how to fake cry, luckily she doesn't do it very often

-loves to snuggle

-is VERY curious what is going on around her & doesn't want to miss anything

-is starting to really play with toys

-still drinks soy milk, and will hopefully be able to start solids this week

-is such a happy, relaxed, patient & well mannered baby

-is growing up to fast :)
