We just got back from a wonderful trip to Oregon for a week. We had all sorts of fun, and did a lot of fun things. So many that I think I am going to have to split the days up to post. So here are the first few days.
Tuesday May 12:
We caught an evening flight to Portland, and Hallie got to go on her first airplane ride. She did really well. She got a little nervous during take-off and landing, but really not bad. She just sat in her car seat and played with toys and slept. Jim, Jeni, Teann, and Jesse met us at the airport to pick us up. We got into Portland around 8 pm, so we didn't do much else that day. Though we did watch the Biggest Loser Finale. Does anyone else think Helen looked sickly? Cause we all did!

Wednesday: May 13On Wednesday we spent most of the day at the Portland Temple. In the morning Hallie got to stay home and play with Jeni, and the kids. Then that night, when we went back she got to play with Nana Barb, Grandpa Dennis, and Michelle. She did really well on her own, with people she had just met.

After the temple we ate at this Italian place called Pastini's, and it was really good! I think they need to branch out into Utah! Then went back to Jim & Jeni's to a sleeping baby. That's it for now. More to come!

Wow, those flowers are beautiful! It makes me want to visit Oregon. I've never been there. I'm glad you had so much fun! I'm excited to hear more about it.
