1. The first thing Hallie wanted to do after eating her breakfast and getting ready for the day, was play Play-Doh. It's definitely a favorite around here.
2. While Hallie played with Play-Doh, I caught up on blogs.
3. And Eric folded laundry while catching up on ESPN
4. Then a special piece of mail came! One that we had been waiting a long time for.
5. We all ate yummy chocolate chips cookies that we made to celebrate. It's a great new recipe we had tried, but we love it. You can find it here.
6. We dropped some stuff off at the post office.
7. Hallie pointed out every red light anywhere we went. It's her new thing lately.
8. Hallie also got to go to the store with me, which is a rare occasion. I typically do grocery shopping and errands by myself just because it is easier, but Hallie thought that it was quite the treat.
9. Speaking of treats we picked up a few at the store. It was a Red Vines and Pringles type of night.
10. It was a perfect 76 degrees outside, which was much appreciated.
11. To celebrate Eric's exciting mail, we went to Eric's favorite Mexican restaurant, Joe Vera's, for dinner.
12. After dinner, we were rule breakers, and Hallie sat on the deer outside.
