BYU Commencement

4.22.2010

Graduation at BYU is a two day event. The first day is Commencement, where everyone for any department can participate in the processional and you get to listen to some great talks. At first, I really didn't want to walk in Commencement, but when I walked in and sat down with 5000 other graduates, it truly made it real, and I was so happy that I decided to do it. Elder D. Todd Christofferson spoke at this event, and he gave a great talk, and was quite funny. It was fun to see a different side of him.

I know it's little, but I am circled in this picture
Me and my parents after Commencement. There is no way I could have made it to this day without them.
Because the graduation gowns are by height, mine looks absolutely HUGE on me. But oh well, they aren't the most flattering of outfits to begin with.
Hallie was tired. What a goof!
Me with the Brigham Young statue.
Future Cougar? :)

Congratulations, Kylie! I think you look great in your cap and gown, despite the fact that they are not the most flattering thing to wear. :) I'm glad you circled yourself in that big crowd for commencement! And I love the picture of Hallie in your cap.
